Gary has served as a director and the Secretary of AOI since its inception. Mr. Seaton has also served as the Managing Director of Cootamundra Oilseeds Pty Ltd. (“Cootamundra”), Cowcumbla Investments Pty Ltd (“Cowcumbla”) and CQ Oilseeds Pty Ltd. since 2014,and Energreen Nutrition Australia Pty Ltd. — Brisbane Australia since 2013. Cootamundra and Cowcumbla arethe operating subsidiaries of AOI. Mr. Seaton has more than 42 years of experience in the field of international business operations, and he is a social entrepreneur. He currently serves as the Chairman of G&G Group of Companies (“G&G Group”), which is the parent company founded in Singapore and oversees all business except for Australian companies. G&G Group has operations in Singapore, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Africa, India and Australia, predominately in the agricultural, commodities and renewable energy sector. Mr. Seaton is also the majority owner and Director of Energreen Nutrition & Bio energy plantations and is part of the Investment Committee of Aditya Birla Sunlife Global Clean Energy Fund.
Mr. Saw Khoon Ming, aged 30, has experience in banking operations, platform operations support and administrative management. Since November 2022, he has served as a sales executive at CIMB Bank Berhad, where he supports customer acquisition and provides end-to-end assistance in connection with retail banking products and services, including customer profiling, consultations, documentation processing and after-sales support. Prior to joining CIMB Bank Berhad, he served as a platform experience executive at Accenture Solutions Sdn Bh. from January 2020 to November 2022, where he supported platform operations and user experience initiatives and coordinated with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and operational performance. Earlier in his career, Mr. Saw worked in general administration at Audio Handle Sdn Bhd from June 2017 to December 2018, providing office operations support, documentation management, vendor coordination and basic finance support. Mr. Saw holds a bachelor of business administration from Tunku Abdul Rahman University College.
Mr. Ho Yeung Lee, aged 44, has over 15 years of experience in consumer finance and secured lending operations in Hong Kong. Since January 2017, he has served as director and general manager of Fortune Credit Limited (formerly listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange), where he oversees end-to-end loan origination and credit operations, including underwriting, documentation, disbursement, portfolio monitoring and post-loan servicing. In addition to his primary role, Mr. Lee has held concurrent senior management and advisory positions in finance companies, including serving as a part-time director and general manager of Bond Fu Finance from July 2019 to December 2024 and serving as a consultant of A Finance from December 2018 to December 2024. Earlier in his career, he held roles at China Financial Services Holdings Limited and Citibank (Hong Kong) Limited, with responsibilities spanning business development, credit assessment and client due diligence. Mr. Lee holds a certificate in commercial studies from the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education and is fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
Mr. Yi is currently the chief financial officer of Lakeside Holding Ltd. (NASDAQ:LSH) and is a certified public accountant in Illinois with nearly 20 years of experience in accounting and finance for U.S. public companies.
Ms. Mok Sin Ting, aged 38, has been Director of Sales & Operations at MAPS Partners Limited since 2021, where she oversees end-to-end sales operations and business development in property investment and immigrant relocation services. From 2019 to 2021, she held the position of Sales Director at Northwest Networking Company Limited, where she Built and led a new international sales team, significantly increasing revenue and customer satisfaction. From 2013 to 2019, she held the position of Senior Management, Business Development & Operations, at UHO International Wealth Management, where she Built and led a full broking sales organisation, managing day-to-day operations and client relationship management. Ms. Mok holds a bachelor of business administration from an European University, and an International Advanced Diploma in Business from NCC Education.
Mr. Jiang Honglei, aged 43, has experience in finance leadership positions. Since January 2023, he has served as the Chairman of the Audit Committee ofZeta Network Group, where he led the Audit Committee in overseeing financial reporting, internal controls, external audit, and compliance with SEC rulesand exchange requirements. From January 2017 to December 2022, he was president of DeYi Financial Leasing Co., Ltd., where he oversaw all aspects ofthe company, including its Business Department, Finance, Risk Control, and Office, and where he formulated departmental rules, business strategy, andlead major projects. Prior to that, Mr. Jiang held a number of positions in various financial institutions, including Kunsheng Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. asExecutive Vice President, and the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China as Client Manager and subsequently as Senior Project Manager. Mr. Jiangobtained a Master’s Degree in Investment Economics in 2008 from the Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, and a Bachelor’s Degree inEconomics in 2005 from the Changchun University of Science and Technology.
